Credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards and ACH payments can be made under your account via the Auto Use mobile app and the Auto Use webpage 24/7. As well as by calling into our Customer Service line during open business hours.
Customers looking to send payments by check or money orders can send them directly to us at; 45 Haverhill Street, Andover MA, 01810. Payments also can be made via Money Gram (receive code: 6808).
Alternatively customers can make payments 24/7/365 on our IVR by calling (800) 737-9780.

I’ve had a great experience so far. I financed my car in March of this year and the bank I had linked to my account I closed and am waiting on my new card to set up the auto pay and I always call and make my payment or send in a money order and every time I’ve spoken to someone they have been very understanding and accommodating. It helps tht I love the car I financed also. Life happens and it’s nice to have a company that does there best to understand.
