HOW DO I KEEP MY AUTO LOAN IN GOOD STANDING?
Payments are withdrawn automatically from your bank account every Friday. You are responsible to ensure sufficient funds are available by noontime of the preceding Thursday. (Check with your bank about specific deposit restrictions).
DO I RECEIVE A PAYMENT BOOK OR PERIODIC PAYMENT STATEMENT?
No. Since payments are collected weekly, we do not issue a payment book or statement. You can request payment history from our customer service department any time throughout the term of the loan.
WHAT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO GET A PAYMENT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?
